Gloria Mobley, a candidate for  the Eutaw City Council in District 5, is a life-time resident of Greene County.

She was born to the late Robert Percy and Mary V. Williams.

She graduated from Paramount High School, studied at UWA, Shelton State and the   University of Alabama, getting a degree in business.

Mobley is  the proud mother of three children  and five grand-children.

What she  hopes to achieve as a council member in Eutaw is:

*Broaden the  beautification efforts;

*Help to attract industry;

*Help to get a functioning, active work-release program in the county jail;

*Develop programs for the youth including a work program;

*Work as a team member with the rest of the council.

“I will be a voice for the people of District  5,” said Mobley.
