Citizen Trust Bank, Eutaw, has recently made available to its customers ATM and drive-thru banking services.  According to Mrs. Tiffany Grisby, Financial Relationship Manager, the installation process began on July 15 and the machines were ready to serve customers on Monday, July 18. Grisby explained that the ATM is touch screen and provides an outlet to plug in earphones to accommodate the visually impaired.  The ATM accepts a variety of credit cards as well as debit cards provided by Citizen Bank and allows customers to deposit and withdraw. The ATM is located on the front of the Citizen Bank building and the drive through service component is located on the backside of the facility. The drive-thru service is equipped with 2-way cameras which allow the customer to see the bank clerks and to be viewed by the clerks. According to Grisby, both components at the bank are high security monitored with multiple cameras, lighting and alarms.“To have secured an ATM machine and drive-thru services, we are advancing banking as an answer to the demands of this technological age. I am both elated and proud to be a part of the progression in motion at Citizen Trust Bank.  My purpose and desire is to not only serve to the best of my ability our customers, but also enrich and meet the needs of the community as a whole,” stated Ms. Grisby.
